Anti-union legislation is back on the schedule to be introduced today. Polls show the public supports collective bargaining, and we need to keep that message loud and clear.

Dear Gov. Snyder,
As a young Michigan worker, I oppose so-called Right to Work laws. There is no evidence that these laws grow the economy. In fact, states that have passed these laws have seen average wages go and availability of benefits go down.
I currently work in higher education, and my collective bargaining agreement is part of what allows me to live, work, and spend money in this state. Rebuiliding Michigan is about making sure that our state has good jobs, which means keeping workers’ right to bargain strong.
