Are you covered over the summer? Article 11, Section C of our contract states that your employing department must deliver confirmation that you were employed in either fall or winter by April 10th in order for you to have summer health care coverage. If you are employed for the Spring term, but were not for the Winter term, but will be employed for the Fall term you are still eligible for summer coverage if you make arrangements with the benefits office by June 30th.
