At Wednesday’s remote bargaining session, our Bargaining Team passed across the table multiple counter offers targeting various issues within our platform. There were some productive discussions with Academic HR about access to gender-inclusive restrooms and about protections against chronic GSI overwork. In stark contrast, HR presented a very disappointing counterproposal on salaries, which was identical to the offer they had previously presented to us – and they have communicated a refusal to move further.
